Paul, I'm sorry that you have had difficulties with your vehicle. However, when you do not get the tires rotated within the correct time frame, they do start to wear which is what is causing the sound you are hearing. I personally spoke to Richard, our service manager about this issue. He explained to me that he has discussed this issue with you and that he would give you a discount for tires and do the rotation for free. Unfortunately when buying a vehicle, it does require up keep; especially since you bought this vehicle 3 years ago. Richard said you do not "need" new tires yet, but a rotation would help this. I hope you do make the drive down for when you need new tires to get a discounted rate that will be good for you at any time. Your feedback is important to us, thank you!

Like i told the service department and Richard i had my tires rotated at 6,0000 miles !!!!!!! I had them rotated at Daveiss County tire where i live i don.t really appreciate you our your people calling me a liar !!!! You tell me way our 2004 mustang that we brought from you we haven't had any trouble with the tires ? Just because i didn't bring it back down there i live a hour away !!!!! And for your dam info i do take care of my car i have the oil changed down there every 5,000 miles and you got the records on that just because i had my tire's done up here. This is the second set !!! And you want me to pay for another set and if they go bad i get screwed again because they or you don,t know why these tire's are cupping !!! And for your info i brought a 99 GMC pickup brand new and no problems with it and it's got 143,000 miles on it or 04 mustang we got from you you has 67,000 miles on it and no problems and it had 16,000 miles on it when we got it .

If the mechanics did there job and took fixed the problem the first time we wouldn't be going through this again!!!!!! And another I did have them rotated. !!!!! And no one can tell me what caused it !!!
