Great selection / Great Salesman / questionable financing I had done weeks of pricing research before choosing Expressway Ford. I received excellent customer service through my purchasing process right up unt I had done weeks of pricing research before choosing Expressway Ford. I received excellent customer service through my purchasing process right up until my payments chose was presented. I was presented a choice of I believe 5 payment Economy, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. I could have the name wrong but it was something close. Each payment include some form of an extended warranty. But at no time was my base payment presented. I asked for it but it took until I was in the finance office wrapping up the deal when I asked a second time I was given the base payment. That payment was approximately $20-$40 more than the base payment. So had I not asked I would have overpaid at least $1400. I find this very misleading and deceptive. I love my new truck and minus that the experience what exceptional. More
