Thinking I would begin early and give myself time to evaluate, I visited my local Subaru dealer and was immediately interested in the offerings. When I learned that Subaru would permit an early turn in on my current lease, I made an appointment to test drive all models . The visit culminated in a quick decision on a vehicle that was not even on my radar! It was a good experience, and I was pleased with the process, felt no pressure and am delighted with my Impreza Sport! Thank you. :) More

I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated by Eric Pokorski. He is the real deal! He did whatever he could to meet my buying needs and give me a fair price. I didn't feel that he was playing games with me--rather I felt that he was genuine in his approach to me. We had a couple of bumps in the process--namely a miscommunication about an option--but Eric did his best to make it right with me. I'm very happy with my beautiful blue Forester! More

All the agents I dealt with were friendly and personable, but Jennifer Morse was exceptional in her dedication to educating her client about the car. And I don't mean just the cursory details of which buttons to push to do what. She opened the hood and gave a thorough tour of the advantages and safety implications of the engine. She was knowledgeable without being in any way condescending. Had I not promised my friend who offered coaching for the process of buying a new car that I would visit at least three dealerships, that would have been the sale. I dragged myself off to the third and met yet another friendly agent, who offered me the same deal for $500 less. This is where I made a mistake. I should have gone home and reflected on the whole day because I would have realized that Jennifer had done all the work. Instead, I accepted the third offer and didn't give Jennifer a chance to counter. It is a lesson to me that fatigue clouds sound thinking. So, although I didn't end up buying from Jennifer's dealership, she is the agent who merits my highest review. If I had it all to do over again, Exeter Subaru would be my choice. More

He is extremely knowledgeable of the cars he sells, is straightforward in dealing with customers, and makes the experience fun. His sales and customer service approach was a main reason why I purchased my Subaru at Exeter. This dealer is the furthest from my home of all the dealerships I considered but if all my customer service experiences are this good, I will be a return customer. Dan has set the bar and my expectations for future dealings with Exeter Subaru. More

I have had many cars, but this was my first consideration of a Subaru. Dan appreciated that and took the tiem to explain to me why I was making a good choice. He was also open to making a good deal. Found a car I went to Subaru looking for a Forrester and end up with a Crosstrek. I called around looking at prices and John said he would match my lowest price. It wasn't made clear to me that they'd have to find a car close to what I wanted in terms of options. I didn't realize that I'd have to pay for the additional options on the car found. I do wish that the invoice was itemized; having a set price at the top didn't explain what we were getting. I also wish that we were given more time to decide on the warrantees. We had to make a decision on the day of buying when the agreement to buy the car was made 8 days in advance. I do plan to use Subaru for service. I love the color and the drive is very nice. More

This is a very good quality dealership with staff that really knows what they are doing, and how to help the customers out in the most efficient, and fitting ways. They even helped us get what we really wanted at an even better price than expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I hope to continue doing business through them in the future. By the way, they really made me feel comfortable because they were not at all pushy and never rushed us on any decisions. Thank you to all of you at Exeter Subaru, especially Tim and Nick.
