2015 Subaru Forester I just purchased my first Subaru! I was on a quest to find a vehicle that I loved - after owning a Mitsubishi Galant for 13 years. This was a tough mission for me, because I had no idea what I wanted! After looking at vehicles for one month of all makes & models of vehicles - from all around the seacoast - I chose Exeter Subaru! I went to countless dealerships and nothing quite came close to the unique atmosphere of Exeter Subaru! It was clearly a stand out dealership! I found everyone to be extremely friendly and very understanding of my needs for a comfortable, peppy, fun, stylish , versatile vehicle with great visibility & handling! Eric St. Pierre worked with me over a period of weeks going on many test drives in several vehicles. They were all great Subaru's, but I had to narrow it down to the perfect fit for me. Eric St. Pierre was knowledgeable about every vehicle - Very patient with each question I had and certainly an asset to the dealership! He went above and beyond - communicating with me every step of the way either by phone or e-mail! Josh Cozart was very helpful in locating the exact Forester I wanted with special features & exact color choice! Greg Perrotti made the paperwork easy & explained all my options - I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! It's more of a family atmosphere, and you walk away knowing you made a great purchase from a group of caring & knowledgable people! More

My situation was quite unique. I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership (not Subaru) and on the third day of owning the vehicle it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with vehicle from the dealership (not Subaru) and on the third day of owning the vehicle it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone service etc.. I wasn't to happy about what had happened with the "new" purchase. I called Exeter Subaru first thing in the morning to give them a piece of my mind and John very calmly told me they would have the car towed there to figure out what was wrong with it. Long story short, the engine was blown and needed a new one. I was just shocked and very upset about the whole situation, but I have to say they couldn't have handled the matter any better. They stood behind their product the whole time, even though they didn't necessarily have to. Try to find that else where! Great group of honest, professional and just all around good people! If you're looking for a honest dealership that actually cares, here you go. More

Eric is a very professional salesman with a lot of knowledge of the Subaru product. He prepared the vehicle for our road test in advance of our appointment which went very well. He spent the time needed explaining the buying process and had my trade appraised. We felt the number for the trade was fair so we negotiated a fair deal on the 2005 forester and I agreed to the final number. I will always recommend Eric and Exeter Subaru to friends and family. Eric was so helpful when I arrived to buy a car. The environment was low pressure, they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and that I left happy.
