After previously working with Dan Maynes and hearing that he had been promoted, I was uncertain about working with another product specialist. But Dan took the time to introduce us to another delightful salesman by the name of Tim. Tim was a polite and responsive salesman, never once forcing his opinion or desires upon us during the purchasing process. He took the time to help us decide which vehicle was appropriate for us and what options were "must haves." Once we had made up our mind, he hit the ground running, and managed to find locate the exact vehicle we wanted. Tim's professionalism and courtesy showed why he's a valued member of the sales team at Exeter Subaru. More

New Car!!! My Husband and I were very excited to shop for our new car. We planned out an entire day to visit several dealerships in the area. I am happy to say this was our only stop. Eric was a huge help in making our decision and purchase. We had gone into the dealership knowing we were looking for an impreza. Eric took his time explaining the details and features of the car..... Very knowledgable and patient! Eric was fair in negotiating a price that would work within my budget. We walked out of the dealership with more than we anticipated. My husband liked the moon roof however that was a feature I thought I could live without. The impreza we purchased did indeed have the moon roof, leather heated seats and heated mirrors. Eric invited me back a few days later to ensure I new how to work all the bells and whistles. And of course I had to brag to Eric about how much I loved the moon roof:). Great job! We will be back!!!!! More

I was in the market for a WRX an wasn't sure if i wanted the new 2015, so i called Exeter Subaru an spoke with Bri for a little on the phone an s I was in the market for a WRX an wasn't sure if i wanted the new 2015, so i called Exeter Subaru an spoke with Bri for a little on the phone an she was very nice, respectful, and helpful with my search for a new vehicle. I went to the dealership on Thursday an test drove the car, everyone was very helpful an i was greeted right went i walked on the lot i didn't have to wait around for any assistance even tho i am 20 year old kid looking at a $30,000 car. Nick and Dan were extremely easy to work with an helped me make my decision a lot easier. I went back Friday night an worked with Eric Pokorski, he worked with me an we wrote up the deal even though we had to stay about an hour and a half after they closed. Greg the Finance manager was very professional along with the rest of the team at Exeter Subaru an was upfront an honest with everything an made sure i knew i was getting a great deal! I ended up picking up my car first thing Saturday morning, they had everything done from having a full tank of gas to going through the service and reconditioning an had the car out front waiting for me an made the signing process extremely quick an easy the way buying a car should be. I overall had an A+ top notch experience throughout my time being a customer at Exeter Subaru, an would recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru. It is a nice, clean facility with a professional, no pressure environment, I am more than happy to give my business to Exeter Subaru and am proud to represent them an be a part of their team. Great experience with Eric at Exeter Subaru I visited the Exeter Subaru dealership after totaling my previous Subaru Tribeca. We were greeted promptly by Eric. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles. He was also very patient as we test drove 2 different cars, ran numbers and then test drove a 3rd. He was very personable, honest and not pushy at all. When I went to pick up my vehicle 2 days later it was having a remote starter put in and was running behind. I chose to stay and hang out while they worked on it. He stayed and chatted with me the whole time, and has called to check in to make sure all was well. On top of that when I went in last week for my 1000 mile check up, I ran into him and he not only remembered me/my name, my husbands name, but also asked how our Easter weekend had gone as he remembered us saying that would be our first long trip in the car. Overall it was a great experience and I would suggest this dealership, and especially Eric as a salesman. More

Contrary to claims from car dealers, the car buying experience can be a distasteful and repugnant chore. Most management remains overly aggressive and pushy; pressuring both their sales people and the consumer. Most dealerships show disdain and disrespect for any buyer who wants to be informed and deliberate with their decision making. Many still maintain a huckster approach making every effort possible of not letting you leave the dealership without buying a car on the first visit. This is the epitome of contempt for the buyer. Colonoscopies and root canals are not enjoyable; however, they can be far less painful than the car buying experience. Jennifer is the antithesis of the above. Jennifer conveyed sincerity and immediately began to earn my trust upon greeting me at the door. She displayed notable listening skills, asked informed questions, gave knowledgeable answers. She followed-up with substantive research. Her respect for me and my desires were quite evident. I truly felt like she cared that I got what I wanted. I hope Exeter Subaru understands the valuable asset they have in Jennifer. Thanks Jennifer! Kip More
