Great experience I was in the market for a new vehicle to get me to and from work. As I live fairly close to my work I thought that leasing would be a good option. E I was in the market for a new vehicle to get me to and from work. As I live fairly close to my work I thought that leasing would be a good option. Eric was there through the whole process and really took the time to explain all of the features included in the Impreza that later decided to lease. Eric as well as the other dealership staff really went above and beyond to get me into my brand new vehicle including some later nights are earlier mornings. I am going to send my mother to this dealership soon as she is in the market for a new vehicle. I am so excited about my new car and am loving every aspect of it. very positive first experience! I had visited several other Subaru dealerships to see and test this model (Impreza) over a year-plus period. Given this was going to be my fist new c I had visited several other Subaru dealerships to see and test this model (Impreza) over a year-plus period. Given this was going to be my fist new car, I wanted to be completely comfortable with the salesperson and the dealer. With the others, there were reasons to be hesitant and even skeptical. Pressure to buy, vagueness about pricing, aggressive sales behavior, less favorable interest rates, etc. By chance, I met someone who had purchased more than one Subaru from Exeter and recommended it highly. Although my purchase agreement was made with another associate, he left the position long before my car arrived. Eric took up the sale and handled everything seamlessly. Completing the transaction and taking delivery were a pleasure, as he attended to all the details and patiently answered all my questions and got answers to those he didn't have. I too now can add my own recommendation. I look forward to having my servicing done at Exeter as well. More

I own a 2011 Subaru Impreza purchased new from Exeter Subaru and we have been impressed with the quality and service offered so we started here. Eric St Pierre came out to greet us and patiently showed us an Outback and a Forester. Both were larger than what Bob wanted, so Eric showed us a new Legacy. This was the right fit, but there were no used Legacys on the lot. Eric took our information and said they would start looking for us. We received a phone call just one week later that there were two available for us to look at. We made an appointment for the next day, and a 2011 was pulled right up front waiting for us. After a test drive, he decided this was what he wanted and a price agreed upon that was close to what we had in mind. There was never any pressure and it was a real pleasure to work with Eric. He kept everything going smoothly. We have recommended Eric and this dealership to friends and family. More
