Fabulous Experience I'd been watching the particular car I purchased for several weeks and went in with a specific purpose. I had contacted the dealership earlier in the day to make sure the car was still available and arranged with Brianna to come in later that day. She introduced me to Eric P to show me the car and take it for a ride. Eric was great: Didn't get all "salesman-y" on me, told me what he knew, admitted if he didn't know, was kind and chatted with my sister and I comfortably. I would *highly* recommend anyone use him for their transaction with Exeter Subaru. When it came down to the numbers, I knew what I was willing to pay and both the sales manager, Dan, and business manager, Greg, made that happen. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Great experience. Better office communication would be help. I had financing and did NOT want my credit pulled by the dealership. I stated this many times during the transaction. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!! My husband and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We were set on buying or leasing the same type of vehicle we currently owned. Out of curiousity, we stopped by the Exeter Subaru dealership just to see what they could offer. We were met by Jennifer who was so pleasant! Jennifer sat with us and discussed our needs. We did not have any intention of leasing or buying a Subaru, just wanted to look around. After spending some time with Jennifer, we set up an appointment to come back to test drive the Forester. We were so impressed with how knowledgeable Jennifer was with the vehicle. I have never taken a test drive with a sales person who spent so much time showing us the safety features, engine desgin, structure and the handeling of the vehicle we were test driving.......we were so impressed! Jennifer was very thorough, she took her time and was never pushy. We ended up leasing the Forester and are so very happy. I have already spoken with friends and family about how wonderful Jennifer was with us and how awesome this dealership is. We will definitely come back to Exeter Subaru!!!! More

He's trustworthy, which is the main reason we like dealing with Exeter Subaru. When making a large purchase you must feel connected to the Sales Rep. Its truly a must. Though service is key, getting a car that doesn't need much service is most important and this can only be conveyed from the Sales rep. John found us a 2003 Toyota on the lot which was a good value. He dealt with us nicely and followed up with us 2-3 times just making sure the car was meeting our expectations. The service group is good, quick and accommodating. Finance was also great getting us a good APR on our loan. I always recommend Exeter Subaru when asked and especially John. He's calm, cool and collected. More
