Yet another New Car Purchase I have been purchasing new cars from Exeter Subaru since when it was actually located in Exeter, NH. I am now on my 8th Subaru. While purchasing this last car a 2015 Subuaru Forester I dealt with John Webster. I had met John when I ws in for service on my 2008 Tribeca. John gets it. When you say you are thinking of making a purchase he doen't "bug" you constantly. He says he will be available when you have made your decision. When you make the decision he is there to make is easy. He finds the car your wantt and there is no "back and forth" about the price of the vehicle. I have recomended John to several of my friends and relatives. It is nice to buy a car without all the drama and feeling like you have been taken for a ride! (pun intended) More

Mike allowed the car to sell itself while adding just the right amount of professionalism into the mix. The entire experience worked for me, the high tech web site, had more than the normal info needed and allowed me to contact them via email to schedule a test drive, all the way to the living room feel of the show room, which puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Even with a small hiccup during the financing portion Exeter Subaru stepped up and took care of business. With 3 Subaru's in the family they have gotten a new member to join their family.
