He understood my needs and gave me excellent service throughout the process including his vast knowledge of the car. Greg, the business manager, was efficient, organized, and very helpful as well. Next time I need a car I will definitely come back. I recommend this dealership without reservation to anybody who is on the market for a Subaru. More

The salesman, Dan Bottomley, was very knowledgeable....and patient because I drove about four different cars. Needless to say, I was sold and the next day met with Dan and easily reached an agreement on an Outback. Everyone I met was very friendly and this was one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. More

We went in together for my initial introduction, the entire staff was super friendly and helpful in getting me started on my search for the perfect car for me. I ended up working with both of the Eric's, which made remembering names easy, an added bonus. I looked into buying an Impreza; while they had some available for me to test drive, they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, mostly because I wanted a specific color... thankfully they were able to order it for me. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, everything was super easy and I couldn't be happier with my new car! Thank you! More

I saw two cars online that fitted what I was looking for and figured I'd check them out to see what the big deal is with subarus. Considering the price range I had in mind, I was expecting the most unspecial car there is. WELL .... I was way wrong. Tim (probably the best "car dealer" around) didn't push me into anything. He probably would've let me drive every car they had (which is a lot) and would've been just as patient as if it was the first. Long story short, I ended up trading in my base model jetta for a premium BEAUTIFUL impreza that had half the miles and was far less than I was expecting to pay. If I ever decide to trade her in a few years from now, I know where I'll be going!! More

Nightmare This was my first car buying experience as an 18 year old girl, and I wish it would be my last. Everything that I tried to do at this dealership went wrong. They kept trying to put me through loops. Everyone there was condescending. They were two hours late getting me in for one of my appointments to buy the car. They refused to let me pay in cash. Paying in cash made my car more money than the sticker price. They kept begging me to finance because they made money off of it. The car was not ready for me to pick up when it was supposed to be so I went home without the car and they had to deliver it to me and still charged me full price. They finally delivered it with a broken key, an empty gas tank, and low coolant. The contract said it would be delivered with a full tank. Their solution when we called was to mail me the right key and a $25 check. We refused that offer and went down there again to have them fill the tank which ended up being 50 dollars to do. This two week process was the worst experience I have ever had with any type a business. To his credit, John Karliak did his best for damage control, but at that point, there was no salvaging my opinion of Exerer Subaru More

Great car shopping experience. I was in need of an inexpensive winter car. I thought a higher mileage Volvo wagon would be perfect. Exeter Subaru had a trade in that was $1,000 les I was in need of an inexpensive winter car. I thought a higher mileage Volvo wagon would be perfect. Exeter Subaru had a trade in that was $1,000 less than all the others that I looked at. Even though it was in the "as is" line, the car was spotless, inside and out. It was the worst weather in weeks, yet John Webster didn't mind going out to the farthest corner of the lot with me and going on a road test. This car is one of the best used cars that I have ever purchased. (thanks Phillip) More
