Trying to schedule service appointments through their website took multiple attempts, I never received phone calls when accessories I ordered arrived, and when I've reached out to the dealership over concerns regarding possible defects in my new car I've had to make numerous attempts to get any kind of response from management - the responses were short and quite the opposite of what I would call "good customer service". I was happy with the experience of acquiring my car, my sales person was wonderful... but since then, it has been frustrating, I am now wishing I had gone elsewhere. More

I called this place looking for a car Thanks to Eric St. Pierre and his fellow workers Brianna and Gregg, I was able to buy my first ever Subaru WRX! I called this place looking for a car that I wanted, and once I heard from Brianna that they will have the car I wanted in a couple weeks, I paid my deposit. Once it arrived I received a call from Brianna, and I drove 4 hours! to see this car. Well, I was pretty much determined to buy it when I hit the road. Then it went quick and easy. I test drove the car with Eric. He taught me how to drive this beast which has 6 speed manual transmission. Then I was able to bring it home very soon after. Eric is super friendly and honest sale person. I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in buying a Subaru. Thanks guys! More

They had several vehicles on the lot that met our criteria, all in excellent condition and competitively priced (based on what we saw online and in Consumer Reports). Dan was extremely helpful in narrowing down the choices, and never once during the process did I feel any pressure to "do the deal". It was always "if you have any questions or need more information, either give me a call or send me an email". This was unquestionably the most enjoyable car buying experience we're ever had, and would certainly recommend Exeter Subaru. More

A highly recommended experience I went out this past weekend car shopping, I had my list of preferred Makes/Models in hand, admittedly the Subaru Outback was not in the top 3. Howev I went out this past weekend car shopping, I had my list of preferred Makes/Models in hand, admittedly the Subaru Outback was not in the top 3. However after listening to my boyfriend in keeping an open mind and seeing what's out there we strolled into Exeter Subaru and were pleasantly surprised with how we were taken care of by Eric St. Pierre, in fact everyone there was really nice. He was extremely informative and I even took a 2014 Outback for a test drive. It was a great drive. Not ready to fully commit and wanting to do my due diligence I told Eric I would let him know regardless. From here I was expecting the push to buy now, or the threats that it may not be here tomorrow (which was true), he instead told me if I wanted to come back and test drive again tomorrow (Sunday) even if he wasn't here someone else could certainly help. I didn't want to push him out of his commission but he was more focused on making me comfortable with my decision he said it was not a problem splitting commission. This was very impressive and stuck in my head, we grabbed his card and headed off to the next place. After driving a few more cars and dealing with a few more dealerships I decided I wanted to go back and work with Eric Monday morning and purchase the new 2015 Outback. Through the whole process he was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I not only don't have any buyers remorse knowing I got the right car, but I am happy to know this is a dealership I will be comfortable working with for the life of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone More
