He understood my frustration and always took the time to inspect my vehicle on-the-spot and give me a brief explanation of any problems. Moreover, John was prompt in returning my phone calls and answered any and all questions I had. Ultimately, John and his fellow auto body staff were able to fix the steering problem and my car runs beautifully. Thanks to John and staff, the anxiety and frustration that normally accompanies automobile problems was nonexistent. I am genuinely satisfied with my service thus-far at Montesi and I feel comfortable that John and staff will be there should any unforeseen problems arise in the future. More

I was passing through to visit my daughter at her college and hit a hit a pothole that did damage to my tire. All staff treat you like they truely appreciate your business as opposed to other dealers who think they are doing you a favor when you go in. I have dealt with Montesi VW on several occassions via internet/email and in-person and I have always been extremely satisfied mostly because they have always delivered on their promises. My wait time was much shorter than expected and the actual price was lower than the estimate. I have never had to go back for the same thing - ALWAYS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They have the worst service possible. The car was brought to them because another dealershuip was ignoring the problem. Corporate had to get involved for them to fix it. We decided to get rid of the car becuase of the problems it had. When they found this out they stopped service opn the car and said it was fixed when it was not. The car was returned to us unfixed and they became very rude and arrogant. The service manager is very decietfull and the owner of the dealership backed him up 100% and feels he they were right. With the price of these cars you should expect quality vechicle with quality service. This is what they touted when they sold us the car. Never, never buy a car from this dealer unless you are willing to wait for 1-2 hour oil changes, overprice sticker prices and arrogant people who could care less about you as a consumer. Just hope your car does not need a major service. It could be weeks to fix, if they are even capable of doing so. More
