In 2020 I was in desperate need of a vehicle with no credit. Jorge held the car I wanted for about a month while I got together the money for a down payment. Fast forward 5 years, my vehicle was star credit. Jorge held the car I wanted for about a month while I got together the money for a down payment. Fast forward 5 years, my vehicle was starting to have issue after issue due to its age, and I was getting stranded every week. I was in desperate need of a vehicle again and in a sticky situation financially after attempting to fix my old vehicle. After getting screwed over by a dealership in Waterbury, I decided to come back to Executive Kia to see if they could help me again. I left the same day in a 2023 Kia Forte GT Line with an extended warranty to offer me peace of mind. Ouafaa was my sales agent and she did everything in her power to get me the best rate and to ensure I was not only leaving with something that I love, but something that is reliable and fit in my budget. I cried happy tears the whole way home because before I went in, I truly didn’t know what I was going to do with no vehicle. I was scared, lost and hopeless. I feel so blessed Ouafaa was able to help me. She is an amazing person and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend Executive Kia to all my friends and family. They are honest, and truly CARE about their customers. Not just getting a quick sale. Traveled 4 hours from central Pa to purchase the Stinger. Ouafaa was in contact with me the entire time. Arrived at Executive car was ready, paperwork took less than an hour and back on the road.
