Everyone I spoke to was amazing. From sales to service to finance. I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to take on a car payment & my sales person, Ouafaa Kouhaila, was MORE than p From sales to service to finance. I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to take on a car payment & my sales person, Ouafaa Kouhaila, was MORE than patient with me. She answered every question I had, even the ridiculous ones. And if she didn’t know the answer she forwarded to me someone who did. Steve & Jorge in finance jumped through hoops to get me every detail I requested. I didn’t get any attitudes or back talk. Everyone was truly professional yet extremely friendly. Ouafaa answered my texts no matter what time of day it was. And Mike… such a gem. It took me almost 3 weeks but I finally went through with my purchase of the Kia Sorrento & I absolutely LOVE IT!! This was my 2nd purchase (the 1st was the Kia Sportage which I also loved) from them & this experience was even better than the first. I will definitely be a lifetime customer. More
