Awesome experience buying a car at this dealership. This is my first time in almost 7 years of going to this dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was heat to the conversation but no yelling. Even i felt unheard and disrespected by the supervisor as well as the employee. There was no accountability on the part of the sevice department and the supervisor even threw her colleague under the bus! 2 weeks later when we brought our 2nd car in for service, I just went in and felt a very cold response. The supervisor called my wife to ask about a particular service, when my wife declined, she hung up on my wife. Then called me back later to say the car was ready. No sticker on the windshield noting when my next serivce was. I then mentioned that she never gave me a coupon for a free car wash for our other car, but she argued that she did. Customer words do not mean anything. Parking- absolutely terrible!!! Not even just because of construction. If you have people coming in for service on the weekend, make sure you have somewhere for them to park! We are actually thinking of going to another dealership as this one is going downhill. Poor customer service. More
