A Very Happy Experience I wanted to lease a white 2019 Kia Sorento SXL with a black interior trim. My salesperson Chin Chang was very courteous. He conducted a thorough sea I wanted to lease a white 2019 Kia Sorento SXL with a black interior trim. My salesperson Chin Chang was very courteous. He conducted a thorough search for the vehicle I wanted and ultimately found exactly what I wanted in Massachusetts. The day I picked up the new vehicle Chin spent a lot of time explaining the features of my vehicle and made sure that he provided me with the setting I wanted. He even programmed my cell phone for me and made sure that it worked properly. The dealerships Finance Manager was very friendly and courteous with a nice personality. She explained all the forms that we had to sign and made sure we understood them. After completing all the paperwork our salesperson escorted me and my wife to our vehicle. He adjusted the passenger side seat to make sure my wife was seated comfortably. We drove off with a full tank of gas and a happy smile on our faces. More
