Breath of Fresh Air! Kia of Wallingford was the 3rd dealer I visited. I was quite surprised at how different my experience was here. I was given the PRICE right up front without any talk about monthly payments or my credit score. Every question was answered quickly and respectfully. I chose a preowned Sportage and wanted it inspected by my mechanic in Milford. It was arranged that a driver would drop the car off the very next day. It could not have been easier! Unfortunately there was a bump in the road. In stepped Mike Crespo, a Product Specialist who did not know me or how unhappy a customer I might be. He handled an awkward situation with poise and professionalism. His competence, integrity and genuine concern was reassuring. "Mike Crespo is a Class Act!" I love my Sportage and it is perfect. Had a slight snag with credit in the morning, but Mike got it handled and we left there Thursday night with 2 cars. Very pleased and will be back for the next one(s). More

The next day (as we were in late the day before) our deals were done. My husband and I both got cars. One a lease and the other a certified pre-owned. We traded in two vehicles and they were very fair with trade-in values. We could NOT be happier. At the first dealership, I would have been settling for a lesser vehicle and the salesperson just stopped helping me. I know some of it was timing but I know I got the perfect car for me and I love it! I am in a certified Sportage and my husband leased a Sorento. They are a pleasure to drive. Mike was awesome and finance was a breeze. Will be staying with the Executive family as long as I am in Connecticut!!! More

I was a little put off due to an earlier experience at another Kia dealership in the Hartford area. So my impression of that brand was low to begin with. My daughter was looking for vehicle to replace her recently loss of her last one. She was looking at the Optimas and really wanted one. I search the internet and found several cars one was at Kia in Wallingford. Mike was outstanding and was understanding of our needs and her budget. His presentation from the beginning was on point. He was patient and followed up when he stated he will. His constant communication with my daughter about the process was amazing. He kept her in the loop and when it came time for delivery he didn't drop the ball either, it was flawless. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this young man makes it to the top 2 salesmen in my book. Made me even consider wanting to buy a Kia in the future.
