They have redefined the entire car buying experience. Chin makes it so easy. They bend over backwards to satisfy you. I would send my mother or daughter here (by them selves). Mike is very knowledgeable in the products he's selling and was genuine in all of my dealings with him. There was never any pressure or stress throughout the whole process. I also worked with Christine Carey on the financing and she was also great in explaining all of the details and answered any questions I had. The whole process was almost too easy! I highly recommend this dealership because of them! More

The price of the car fell right in line with where the the going suggested price for a dealer certified car. We never had a Kia before and it seemed like a lot of car for the price. Mike was easy to contact and responded timely throughout our transaction. He was courteous and he was knowledgeable about the dealership services and warranties. As far as Execeutive overall they gave me a fair price for my old trade in and everyone we met was very courteous and helpful when needed. My only issue with my the sale was not being offered the additional Gap Insurance, paint/interior protection and other insurances any time before signing day. I would have been able to make more informed decisions and discuss things with my wife more. It would not have effected what we chose and we would have felt better about our decision. Being presented with them at signing makes for a hurried decision, which may be normal dealership practice, but it was the only slightly unnerving part about such a big purchase. Overall I’m very happy with my decision and would certainly call on Mike and Executive Kia in the future More

I randomly found the used model I was shopping for on their lot when driving by and stopped in to This is the way modern car-buying should always be. I randomly found the used model I was shopping for on their lot when driving by and stopped in to see if I would actually enjoy driving it. Despite professing a very low interest in buying a car on site that day, Kevin patiently lead me on thorough test drive. He listened to my every concern about the car (and i was deliberately being "picky" and very over-cautious) and deftly explained each one (without whining or complaining, unlike another salesmen I endured on an otherwise identical test-drive.) Went home as planned with KG's business card, couldn't stop thinking about the car and finally emailed him late the following night. I heard back the following day as soon as he was back in the office and was so glad it was still available. I live far from the dealership, so he took my deposit over the phone (which he right away promised was refundable, before I even had to ask!) THEN he offered to drop the car off at my local guy's shop to inspect - that very afternoon! The rest was a quick and smooth business transaction and 2 days later I had a blissful ride home in a fantastic new car. The day I picked it up, Kevin & Todd Perry from Service cheerfully transferred my pain in the butt anti-theft plates from my old car to new in the crappy, cold weather - SO grateful!! I also love that unlike the other dealerships I drove cars at, this one didn't leave me a million messages begging me for my business and assuring me I'd love this random model or that one, without listening to what I wanted. I would definitely return to business with Kevin & crew - THANKS AGAIN! More
