Oil Change and front brake pad installation I came in for an oil change. Was shown that the front brake pads should probably be replaced. I said ok. Better than exceptional! I had approximately 4 months left on my 2017 lease. I was bringing my car for service and Mike Crespo was working and we discussed my options at leas I had approximately 4 months left on my 2017 lease. I was bringing my car for service and Mike Crespo was working and we discussed my options at lease end. He was amazing. He told me about the deals that were going on and much to my surprise when I went there a few days later to complete paperwork, there was an additional deal that was offered. My hesitation about turning in my lease early was set aside due to Mike's professionalism and friendliness and exceptional knowledge of the car and the finance options available to me. More

We knew that our price range would be either 2017 or 2018 of either. We decided to go with the Kia because of the manufacturing warranty. Let's just start by saying it took me four different attempts through Facebook marketplace to try to contact them about a car that they had put on the marketplace. Then I finally called their service team directly. It was the only 2018 Kia Sedona in Connecticut with the options that I wanted. executive Kia in Wallingford has Poor customer communication. Lack of interest and Insulting comments that were made after purchase of vehicle by john in management. We were Offered extended warranty AFTER purchase of car instead of before. AFTER we had taken out the loan already. John said that it's normal to offer after the purchase. I have always been offered extended warranties before final purchase. John said apparently that's my fault then since I should have known about it because I have purchased used cars before. Mike said we were supposed to be called by Kara before picking up the vehicle to be offer the extended warranty . Reguadless needed to find money for extended warranty instead of taking out a bigger loan. After being in the market of a minivan for the first time ever since we have always been an SUV family until its become problematic with little ones to get them all in comfortably and quickly. I also overlooked it not having floor mats it was a very cold and rainy day..and was trying to see if they'd offer a discount which took me weeks to get and then it was 18.00 off. Kara said she'd see if she could talk to the right people and get a bigger discount. With many unanswered messages john finally called me back 4 weeks after purchase and initial inquiry. With NO Aavail but the same $18.00 off. Also the detailing of the car was poor. I pointed out a very large stain on center console and was told it'd be taken care of. It was not...I was told with some elbow grease it should come off. aDisappointed customer here will not buy another car from EXECUTIVE KIA Christina Glick More
