On Thursday February 4, 2021, ***WARNING THIS IS LONG ** :) I saw a white Sorento SX with Merlott interior online. Quafaa reached out to me introduced herself and told me the car was still available. I told her I was scheduled to test drive a Lincoln MKC the next day February 5th. I told her the other vehicles I have previously looked at : Mercedes GLA 250, Jeep Compass, Range Rover Discovery and Audi Q3. She told me how Kia was much more reliable and the Certified Preowned Owned package Kia offers will beat all the others. I was so frustrated and tired of looking at vehicles, I prayed and hoped that she was right. I canceled the test drive for the Lincoln and went out to Wallingford to see the vehicle in person. As soon as i walked in the door Quafaa waved at me like I was her friend. I immediately felt comfortable with her. As soon as she was within distance she handed me the CarFax. I won't lie, I was impressed! No other dealership did that! We went for a drive and I loved the car, we laughed and talked about regular things in life. I actually forgot she was trying to sell me the car. Prior to my arrival I told her I was not a pushover, I knew what I wanted and that I will not make a decision the same day that I test drove a vehicle. I won't lie.... I was sold after the test drive but didn't want her to know. She doesn't know this but when I got home, I sat down next to my husband and smiled and he said "you found your car?... I said yes... I found my car". She even convinced me that they would find me a better interest rate then what I was quoted from my credit union and guess what she was right again! I finally said ok... let's go!!! I know I got on her nerves, but she never expressed it once. She was super professional, and personable. I picked up my car on Monday 2/8/21. I told her I had a client so I didn't have a lot of time. She insured that everything was ready and my baby was sitting in the front with a pretty red bow. I have received so many compliments on my car. One person even said "this is better than the luxury brand SUV's". All I can say is... you won't regret working with her, she is not pushy, she is patient, she knows her stuff and she truly has a desire to make her customers happy. Thanks again Quafaa! More

Executive Kia started out to be a great experience for me, but they were the 3rd dealer I attempted to deal with to get my Telluride. And when I say "started out good", my bar was set very, very low. My s me, but they were the 3rd dealer I attempted to deal with to get my Telluride. And when I say "started out good", my bar was set very, very low. My standards for good was that I needed a car delivered before Valentines Day, that I ordered the first week of November, and payments to be under $550/month, a task that 2 other deslers couldn't do. I cant even leave feedback for my sales person, because he no longer works there. But I should've known from the disaster that communicating with that individual was would only lead to more disappointment. The only reason I found out my sales person no longer worked there is because I emailed concerning an insurance question and never got a response. When I called in I was assigned a new sales person who was very communicative until the day it came to pick up my vehicle. After waiting for 3 months for my car, and making an appointment for signing, I would think that everything that could be done ahead, would be. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before the sales person even approached us, and was told we were waiting for the car to be detailed and washed. We waited an hour to be told we were actually waiting on the official pay off number from my trade in car. My appointment was at 1pm, there is absolutely no reason that information couldn't have been finalized the morning of our arrival. We waited another 40 minutes after that for signing. Each time I had to be the one to ask for an update as to what was going on and why we were waiting for so long. 0 forthcoming communication. To make an appointment and my vehicle and paperwork not be ready when I arrive is unacceptable. After waiting months for my car, and being made to wait 2 hours after my appointment time is ridiculous. I fully understand the wait for the car is no fault of Executive Kia, but your customer service between deposit and acceptance of the car is and you failed. More
