So far they have been easy to deal with. Fast responses to any questions I had. The test drive of the carnival was nice and when I asked about trying it on the highway they obliged and gave me the opportun to any questions I had. When we came to get our new Kia we had a thorough walk through of all the menus in the car and where able to adjust the setting right their. It was nice because their where things I was excited for that I didn’t know the car did. Round of applause for Cortney was great. They had the car all cleaned off and waiting for us in the big glass room that was nice since it had rained earlier. Looking forward to engaging with executive Kia more as we continue our adventure.
