Secondly, I met this wonderful wonderful saleswoman Wafa, oh my god she was a breathe of fresh air. She is the kindest and most understanding person I have ever met! She listened to me like really listened and paid attention to my financial situation, she did not for one second try to sell my a car that I could not afford, she actually placed herself into my shoes and understand what I needed, and how much I could afford. Wafa is truly a genuine, kind, compassionate woman and she will go above and beyond and fight for the best price of your new or used car, she won’t take no for answer! I am referring all my friends and family to Wafa. The sales manger Mark is another phenomenal human being, he was not pushy and also very understand and very very very kind on the appraisal on my trade in. Him and I talked and laughed like we were old friends. Carlos the finance manager, understood my financial situation which was not good at all, fair credit, bankruptcy etc. Not only did he get me approved with a reputable bank, he was able to get my prior interest rate a lot lower with my new car financed through a reputable credit company, he truly looked at my financial situation, did not try to add on “extra” packages to the deals, great experiences. I will always return to this dealership due to my beyond wonderful experience with Wafa, Mark and Carlos, as far as the construction, get over yourself, your there to buy a car and deal with amazing staff, your not there to rate poorly on the appearance of a construction renovation, get over yourself because you are truly missing an amazing experienced with these excellent people. And no I do NOT work for them and no they did NOT PAY me to write this, I am a registered nurse, a people person, and when someone like Wafa Mark and Carlos genuinely care for their customers then they deserve an excellent review. Executive Kia in Wallingford is the worst place to take your car. They put a new engine in my vehicle and now my AC don’t work to them. They charge me over $300 to fix it still not working. They told me it was something else most likely that was gonna be another $400, don’t ever ever take your car to the dealer again I will not recommend this Kia dealer. I called and spoke to Ouafaa Kouhaila. She and I had an instant connection. She paid attention to my needs and recommended the Seltos. I made an appointment and went to see her. She showed me a 2025 Seltos that I loved but it was a smidge too expensive. Joe Ortiz, the sales manager, said there was a 2024 with a higher trim level that had rebates. Despite the dealership being in physical disarray as they are moving into a new building that is just beginning construction and have vehicles in three different locations, they found it for me to see and it was as fabulous, It is now my third lease from this dealership and I had purchased a Rondo at their old location years ago. All new cars are nice but it is the customer service, attention to the customer's wants/needs that make a difference and I would and in fact do recommend this dealership to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. More

Overall the Kia repair shop has good service but Rick definitely turned a unfortunate situation into a positive one. I took an Uber to pick up my car at closing (it was actual after closing since I neede definitely turned a unfortunate situation into a positive one. I took an Uber to pick up my car at closing (it was actual after closing since I needed my car back the same day) which the technicians worked hard to get done by end of day and during the test drive found an issue that prevented me from taking the car home. As it was late and the car rental wasn’t open anymore Rick went out of his way to drive me home which was close to 20 minutes away. He wouldn’t even let me take an uber back home. Him and the technicians working on my car were very polite, helpful, and as I experienced, really go out of their way for you. Thanks Rick! More
