Everyone there was so nice and friendly, and made the atmosphere of purchasing a vehicle, very calming. But I must speak of one individual that made the beginning and ending of my journey there, a great success. Mr. Cristian Hernandez, "my new grandson", made me feel like I was someone special. I was very nervous going into this process, but he assured me that he would take care of me during and after the process. He's a very personable young man, and so sweet to his customers. He listened to my needs to make sure he understood what I needed. I have to say, I'm very skeptical about car salesman, but this young man changed my perspective, that not all salesmen are the same. Went to the dealership last week to look at the new Sorento. We were greeted by Ouafaa what a great lady so nice. She showed use all the options she had on the Sorento now mind you they are building a Sorento. We were greeted by Ouafaa what a great lady so nice. She had no problem bringing us any car we wanted to see.when looking at the car we liked I saw a dent in the driver side door she immediately got the sales manager Mike and he made a phone call and within 10 minutes there was a guy there to pick the car up to fix it With service like that how can you not buy a car from them. So when we picked up the car we were so impressed with the dealership that we ended up buying 2 sorento’s.All the staff at this dealership makes you feel like family Thankyou again for a wonderful experience More

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. When I leased my vehicle 3 years ago, I made my cash deposit and signed the paperwork that I was all set with that money down. After receiving with. When I leased my vehicle 3 years ago, I made my cash deposit and signed the paperwork that I was all set with that money down. After receiving the car, the finance person harassed me by non stop calling and telling me I owed them another $2,000 that I never gave them for deposit! Thank god I saved my original paperwork with the amount I had to deposit, that it was received and signed off on!!! Even thought I owed nothing and already had the vehicle, he continued to contact and harass me for two weeks! Scheduling anything with this dealership was also a nightmare- anytime I called for an oil change, they told me they had nothing available for 3-4 weeks! To top it all off, my less is ending and I am buying the leased vehicle! I was going to buy it through Kia and give them the money, but they won’t even do a courtesy detail and oil change, which all of my previous car dealerships have always done for me as courtesy. I will not be placing my financing through Kia and am very unhappy with their servicing and the fact that they do not try to build good customer relationships. More
