I worked with Executive Kia to purchase my Telluride at the end of my lease. Everything went well and seemed easy until the day to sign for the purchase. They provided me the incorrect buyout price and pap the end of my lease. Everything went well and seemed easy until the day to sign for the purchase. They provided me the incorrect buyout price and paper that I provided my lender to write the check. When I showed up to sign all the paper work they sat me down and told me I owe them more money because they made that mistake. I expressed how disappointed I was and this should have been the dealerships issue, not mine. Not a great way to end what otherwise had been a positive experience. More
