This is my first time in almost 7 years of going to this dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was heat to the conversation but no yelling. Even i felt unheard and disrespected by the supervisor as well as the employee. There was no accountability on the part of the sevice department and the supervisor even threw her colleague under the bus! 2 weeks later when we brought our 2nd car in for service, I just went in and felt a very cold response. The supervisor called my wife to ask about a particular service, when my wife declined, she hung up on my wife. Then called me back later to say the car was ready. No sticker on the windshield noting when my next serivce was. I then mentioned that she never gave me a coupon for a free car wash for our other car, but she argued that she did. Customer words do not mean anything. Parking- absolutely terrible!!! Not even just because of construction. If you have people coming in for service on the weekend, make sure you have somewhere for them to park! We are actually thinking of going to another dealership as this one is going downhill. Poor customer service. More

We went to another dealer looking for a car but choices where very slim and nothing caught my eye. while looking on the internet i found Executive Kia in Wallingford had a few cars that i was interested in where very slim and nothing caught my eye. while looking on the internet i found Executive Kia in Wallingford had a few cars that i was interested in, this was on a Sunday and didn't think anyone would respond back to me until Monday but surprisingly i received a Text from Wafa asking what car i would be interested in. Wafa came up with a few estimated prices for me and explained about the car i was interested in. wafa made an appointment for me and we went to see her and made our purchase. I'm so glad we went to Executive because they saved me a lot of money in the end and the service was outstanding. Carlos in Finance went over everything with us and answered any questions we had. Kevin another sales person took the time to come out and explain how to use the parking features and other features that the car had. i know that i will now do all my business with Executive Kia in the future. More

We have looked at many dealerships And we came from Milford to executive Kia, and it was the best experience ever from the minute we walked in and met Ouafaa Till the end and we Dealt with Micheal sch Milford to executive Kia, and it was the best experience ever from the minute we walked in and met Ouafaa Till the end and we Dealt with Micheal schweikert . It was our first time leasing a Kia Sportage , ouafaa went out of her way, and went way beyond to spend time with us into educate us about the Kia Sportage ! She is so friendly and kind and made us feel like family at Kia! She Is also very educated on Kia and answered all our questions to the fullest! all our expectations were met and then some from the team that we had at IKia! Kia is very lucky to have Ouafaa ! I would definitely recommend executive Kia to anyone ! We had the best experience! We are so happy with our Kia Sportage and we are so much enjoying it! More
