I'm writing this review because of the service manager Richard Berger. I needed my car fixed and there were some pretty serious problems unfortunately but Richard made the whole experience wonderful. It could've easily been a really really frustrating ordeal but the only reason it wasn't such a mess was because of Richard's knowledge, communication and empathy. He really made what could've been a bad situation so much better by doing all the things you hope to find in a mechanic. Honest, understanding and knowledgeable. If he ever goes anywhere else I would absolutely be tempted to follow him, he was such a good mechanic but also a good person to interact with. Plus he brings his ADORABLE puppy bobbles to the shop and you can see that the compassion he has for people is genuine with how he interacts with his puppy. Getting your car repaired can be a stressful time and even just having bobbles to play with while I was waiting was much more relaxing than other places I've had to wait. I had some issues with the dealership when I bought the car but Richard has made the service department at least a top notch experience More

I haven't always liked Exclusive Motors, but thanks to a recent service I had or rather a second service that I had by the same employee, I am compelled to re-think my perspective about the company. God forgives us, teaching us that we deserve a second chance. I'm glad I listened to him. Had I not I would have missed out on wonderful treatment there. I met Debbie from the from desk who escorted me to the service manager's office. Another employee entering in the customer waiting room asked me how I was doing and if I needed assistance or just some water to drink. I responded ,"No." I knew that I was waiting for Richard. The wait was not long. Richard was friendly, personable, concerned and professional. I am not an easy customer to assist, but he never lost patience with me. Never disrespected me. I was reluctantly charmed from my cynicism resulting from a not so good experience with the company dating back to my purchase of the car. Richard knew that it caused me to view the company unfavorably. He treated me fairly while protecting the company's wellbeing. The two aren't necessarily incompatible. Suffice it to say, I went from calling him Mr. Berger, to Richard. I will return to this company again and in fact, discuss bringing in another car to be serviced. More
