I’ve had repeated issues with the service at Exclusive Motors, and my recent experience was the final straw. I dropped my vehicle off on April 28, 2025, and returned on May 1 to pick it up, only to face y Motors, and my recent experience was the final straw. After finally getting my car back, I was told to take it for a test drive — during which I immediately noticed a rubbing noise and strange sensation coming from the wheel. Now I’m forced to sit and wait again while they re-diagnose the problem. This place has consistently been inconvenient and unprofessional. If you value your time and vehicle, I would not recommend bringing your car here. More

I f I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t. 13 days after I purchased a car I had to have it towed back to them. I received a text saying that the car would be ready at 5pm. So you sold me a car with problems already. They gave me the run around no one was being helpful. Couldn’t get a loaner car or anything. I do not want the car. You’ll can keep it. Just reimburse me.
