I got this car and was given several appointments to have the car check out and repaired, however there was ALWAYS a reason I couldn’t have my car done after I got there. the guy a needed to see was not the the car check out and repaired, however there was ALWAYS a reason I couldn’t have my car done after I got there. the guy a needed to see was not there, ok but why couldn’t I have the other things done. And before I knew it my 30 days had passed and STILL NO REPAIRS. Then the steering wheel stop working and then I’m told their warranty DOES NOT COVER ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. How bout that. EVERYTHING on the car is Electric. Oh by the way they did paint a few spots on the car, well my granddaughters could have done a better job!! More

I purchased my car about four weeks ago. In the past four weeks I’ve taken it back twice complaining about squeaky brakes. The first time I was told that this was normal because the brakes were new and if I weeks I’ve taken it back twice complaining about squeaky brakes. The first time I was told that this was normal because the brakes were new and if I drove it 300 more miles then it would stop. The second time I took it back after having driven it a significant amount and I was told that this was still normal. They put the brakes on a machine to wear down and now the sound is worse than ever. Every time I go I am dismissed as if what I’m saying doesn’t make sense without them even test driving my vehicle. Additionally my car didn’t come with any running boards. I am not pleased with my purchase. More
This has turned out to be the worst experience possible as of date.. July 24,2021 I walked in prepared to purchase a 2013 Mercedes benz S550.. come to find out the car i wanted wasn't on the lot no more "o as of date.. July 24,2021 I walked in prepared to purchase a 2013 Mercedes benz S550.. come to find out the car i wanted wasn't on the lot no more "out getting the Mercedes 200+ point inspection" as what the car salesman told me.. so after looking at other vehicles and waiting for hours it was dark and I was ready to go so I decided on a 2015 S550. After my test drive and discussing all my issues I was ready to purchase with the agreement that everything will be taking care of. After doing the paperwork I was expecting to leave with my vehicle but the salesman told me it wasn't ready.. come to find out the vehicle had to be inspected and have that "Mercedes benz 200+point inspection" done on it. I was ok with that due to all the issues I pointed out and the salesman telling me everything on my list will be fixed cause its part of the "Mercedes benz 200+ inspection" after a week of calling they told me my car was ready and being cleaned. When I went to pick my vehicle up I realized that a few of my concerns and issues wasn't addressed. After a long talk with the car salesman and manager we agreed that I had to bring the car in on the following week due to "the paint guy" only comes on Wednesday and it gives service enough time to fix as they call "my list". After having my car for weeks they call and tell me its ready.. I go to pick it up and behold... nothing was done on my car. But service manager says he fixed some of "my list" and the rest of my issues he couldn't and it needed to go to Mercedes benz to be fixed and I have to speak with my car salesman and the manager in that department.. after inspecting the car I realized that NOTHING was fixed so I complained.. Now the sales manager spoke with me about everything and gave me a date that it will all be done.. which was today.. and after calling the dealership the car is still not fixed.. and as I told everyone there that will listen.. that they can either fix it or give me my money back.. and as I keep getting told they will fix it.. now here we are 2 months later and no car still. But now there solution is for me to pick up the car and take it to Mercedes Benz dealership myself and "they will pay the bill" and sorry.. that's a no go for me because that leaves me liable for the bill.. but what i don't understand is they could of did that in the beginning or gave me my money back. Now i feel as I wasted my money on paying for a car I don't have in my possession and they still avoiding me on the "I don't want the car no longer and pay me my money back" feeling I have been expressing. Now I have waited and gave them till today to have everything right and I would of still been ok.. but nope.. no car no money and very unhappy right now More
Purchased a used vehicle from them. They insured me my vehicle would be taken care of. I brings it in a run into all sorts of problems about getting the issues resolved.
