I appreciated being able to get rapid responses from Gary to my many emails & Q's as I spent 3 months researching different dealers & websites narrowing down to exactly the vehicle & options I wanted. Knew to my many emails & Q's as I spent 3 months researching different dealers & websites narrowing down to exactly the vehicle & options I wanted. Knew I wanted a 2012 Ford Flex, but SEL or Limited? AWD or FWD? Two-tone roof color or monochrome? Black or dark blue? Then, when I saw Ewald Hartford's internet price was over $6,200 under MSRP, I was real happy. I ended up going with the 0% financing vs. the $1,500.00 customer cash, but it was still over $4,700 under MSRP, so again, a great price on an amazing dark blue Flex Limited! Also, Ewald's a very accommodating dealership as our 4 mostly well-behaved pre-teens / teens killed the time by salivating over the stunning Shelby Cobra & Taurus SHO in the showroom. Not what I expected from a dealership. Took hours to purchase my car. Refused to add more gas to make it home. Had to buy gas on my way home. Called ahead on used truck they had on there lot. When I got there the truck was up front ready to be looked at. Very nice people to talk to and where able to work with very well. I cant park it in the garage any more because Im afraid my house is going to blow up, and Im not exaggerating it smells like someone dumped a gallon of gas on the floor! I had it towed to you guys because it stalled on the road. days later i had to call you because of no response,then after 600 plus dollars worth of fuel pump repairs you call us to come get our vehicle. We get in the vehicle and the blower is not working, so you repair that, then the engine light comes on. you make that go off. but guess what, that is on again! Im am soooo dissatisfied with your service department. I could bring it back again but im afraid something else would be screwed up. Will i ever bring a vehicle to you again NO! Would i ever recommend you to anyone NO! Much like many other company's today, how quick can we get the job done, and how much profit can we make. And i speak from experience because i work for people like that. get in get paid and get out.
