This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better. More

Ewald Ford is my Ford Dealership of choice nation wide. Why you ask, well here goes. I live in Tennessee and come to Hartford twice a year to visit family. I always get my truck serviced at Ewald. They are friendly and do great job of servicing and on occasion performing repairs to my truck. I needed a new car and chose Ewald to find the make and model that I needed. Doug W is my sales rep..He started by letting me know what they had in inventory. None of the cars would meet my needs. Then Doug and Ewald searched Dealers in the surrounding area and found exactly what I needed. It only took them a couple of days. I am a permanently disabled combat veteran so my funding is limited. The staff at Ewald also searched through the Ford system and found a couple of incentives to lower my final cost of my new Ford Escape. Everything about this Dealership was outstanding: Service, Sales (Doug W) , and Financing. Regards, Ray More
The service dept. needs overhauling. I brought my son's car in for an engine service soon indicator and had a 9:20 appointment. Two hours and forty minutes later, they needs overhauling. I brought my son's car in for an engine service soon indicator and had a 9:20 appointment. Two hours and forty minutes later, they tell me they have to get the parts in. First, I was told it was not covered under my warranty, I then asked for my warranty money back. Low and behold it is now covered under warranty. I do not understand how a ford dealership does not have simple oxygen sensor parts on hand for a ford vehicle. I also cannot believe it takes 2 hours and 40 minutes to run a diagnostic check. Heck, emission testing stations take only five minutes. Now, I hace to waste more time to go back there and have the parts replaced. Under warranty, they should be paying me for driving back and forth. More

Dawn was very professional and low pressure. Knowledgeable about the product and personable. Once we made the decision to purchase, we were wrapped up and on the way home in about two hours. Sales team pushed for the sale of the 2017 edge. Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and takin Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and taking in for them something has changed. The lastest is they want to charge us for a rental now that the vehicle is being serviced for a flex plate recall. Since they don’t have any rental vehicles for us they are out sourcing the rental and I still have to pay for it and also the extra costs for it because it isn’t from ford itself but from enterprise. Then told that no one in the area has a rental available so they will have to reschedule the appointment which was already pushed back when I arrived at the dealership. I will be suing ewald if the issue causes any accidents. They have failed on all levels and will no longer receive my support. More
Was a lot of delays & date of pick up for car kept getting pushed back. When I picked up the car, it smelled bad. Smelled like dog pee in there. There was dog hairs all over the place. The exterior, looked like the rushed it when they buffed it. Car was looking so bad in the outside, I had to pay 220 to get it fully detailed & I asked for some compensation or a gift card or something. I was denied. Their service here is terrible & I don’t recommend this dealer. More

I have now purchased two vehicles from Ewald and get amazing service with them always. They have a great service department and Doug in sales is the best. Was able to work with me and get me into a vehi amazing service with them always. They have a great service department and Doug in sales is the best.
