Great salesman and service department I would recommend buying a car from Greg. He returned my calls in a timely manner and was fun to work with. The woman I worked with doing all the paperwork started off okay. But once we got to the paper where they want you to buy additional coverage, where they have four columns with the preferred/value/basic/economy on it, and I declined all four, her attitude changed for the negative. She kept trying to sell me on it. Yes I understand this is her job, but when someone says no, they mean no. So her response to that was writing "declined w/o explanation" on my paperwork. The positive to her bad attitude, was that we got through the paperwork much faster. Would not recommend dealing with her. My ratings are based on my dealings with Greg, the receptionists and the gentleman at the parts counter. Not going to ruin their ratings because of one employee. More

Our first KIA soul We're pleased with the vehicle we purchased but after all the signing was completed we found out that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire nor We're pleased with the vehicle we purchased but after all the signing was completed we found out that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire nor did it come with an extra set of keys.
