Having a great experience buying a Kia Sorento 1.5 years ago brought us back to Ewald Kia Oconomowoc. We needed a vehicle that could carry 2 Tera Trikes and pull a boat. The Telluride X-xxxxxx Prestige met our needs! Roxanna helped us immediately when we entered the showroom! Roxanna was friendly, very knowledgeable and very interested in meeting all our needs. She solicited several other members of the dealership team to explain or research questions that we had. The day we picked up the car, she spent a lot of time going through the functionality of the car as well as making sure we were comfortable using it. Wish they had more cars on the lot because getting a model in a different color was a bigger problem than it should have been. Took over two weeks and they didn't exactly match the offer made on the initial day (for a car they were told I wasn't interested in because it was the wrong color). To their credit, they kept me in the loop and Wally, our salesman, was very good. Ultimately, Wally went the distance and made the trip himself to get the Sorento in the color my wife wanted. The ensuing negotiation (with the sales manager) was frustrating (for the above reason) but we still secured a good price. Definitely one I will sleep comfortably with!
