Loud air noise from front. Took in for roof rack recall and still makes noise at 45 mph. Told they did recall fix and car is 3 years old and out of warranty with no offer of solve problem. Also asked for bottom window seal to be secured as it keeps riding up. Not fixed. Told no charge and the crimped the part that was supposed to hold it down. Told to go buy some adhesive and fix it myself. This new Essential Ford sucks! More

The entire experience overall was good. What turned it into a poor experience was during the three hours of purchasing a brand new 2020 mustang they never took the time to clean the interior. Sent my Taurus SHO to receive a factory recall for rear suspension. When car returned, rear passenger side kick panel was damaged.
