After waiting 605 days from reservation to delivery, 8 days beforehand, when I request final numbers to send to our credit union, that’s when the mandatory, yet to be installed ‘work’ is provided to the customer? When pressed what the work entails, none of which is wanted, I am told it’s take it or leave it if I want the vehicle… If this thinly guised excuse is what you’re using to convince yourself that this is not above MSRP charges as it is for the good of the consumer, as if we are incapable of making our own, informed, decisions, then you are not just lying to me, but to yourself as well.
