They must only sell cars? Called 4 times left 4 messages, submitted my info online 4 days later no one has contacted me. The day after no phone calls I finally told them I needed an appointment to put tires on my truck they started setting up my appointment and realized I needed pricing before I made an appointment. IF I was not such a stickler about who service my vehicles I would never have returned. IF it happens again I will defiantly find somewhere else to take my vehicles! No body is returning calls or answering tire pricing questions. Your employees tell me they hear this all the time. I WAS IN SHOCK! More

Tire problem Came in with a foreign object in left front tire. Your employees wouldn’t touch it. Went to a tire dealer and the foreign object was removed. It di Came in with a foreign object in left front tire. Your employees wouldn’t touch it. Went to a tire dealer and the foreign object was removed. It didn’t even penetrate the tread. Wow what amazing service from the tire dealer! Too bad I had to make two stops to get such a small issue resolved. Your service department really needs to up their game. This will be my last visit to advantage ford. More

Courtesy shuttle is always ready to help so my work schedule wasn't impacted at all. More
