overall it was rather disappointing! I arrived and no one came to my car, I had to go find someone to check in and I had an appointment. Then I sat for 50 minutes waiting to go to the Jen I arrived and no one came to my car, I had to go find someone to check in and I had an appointment. Then I sat for 50 minutes waiting to go to the Jensen mall. When I was approached about leaving the gentleman told me to go wait by the mailbox which I waited another 10 min. After getting in the car, we drove around the back and found out my car would be ready shortly so I went back in and sat down. When I got in the car the antenna was sitting in the cup holder so I had to find someone to put it back on. Then I found out when they cleaned my truck they took out my blue bucket and never put it back. Overall it was rather disappointing, considering I have had much better service prior to this one. More

car wash? I know this will seem petty but this is the second time in six months that I was told that my car had been washed following the service and it wasnt! BY LAW you must disclose structural damage on a vehicle. I spoke with Jevhanny & Corey about the car, corey confirm the car had no major damage and no mention of damage either structural or frame in the listing . I asked multiple time for a history report and it was never provided. I wasted money on a trashed car with bad body panels and frame damage and feel I way lied to. The car has structural damage listed on the carfax. Had I been told I would have not bothered with this car More

Deal okay, but took a long time Sales staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of inventory to choose from. Worked out a deal in a reasonable fashion. The notable negative was that the entire experience took over 5 hours which was painful. Others in showroom were having same experience (6 hr in one case). Took over a hour just to get truck washed before delivery. Sales people went back to try to push car washer to do his job. Further delays waiting to complete paperwork. In summary, sales staff very good, but really need to work on the rest of the process. 5 hr too long. More

The office staff runs the dealership and everyone there is looking for another job. The business runs in the red and when it comes time to pay their employees they start pocket patting. Go elsewhere.
