They could care less about my business. On Monday I requested a service appointment for a regular 35,000 mike check up on my 2105 Explorer I leased and then purchased from Advantage Ford. I was told the earliest mutual agreed time was Thursday at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 and was asked if I've ever been there before. (I had an appointment and I've had all my service done there for five years. "Welcome back, Mr. Morrissey!") At 1:45 I was advised I needed a new battery (which I had asked them to check when I arrived.) At 2:45 I was advised that a battery post was corroded and I would need a new one. At 3:00 I started to watch my car in the bay on the TV. After 20 minutes of no service in sight I demanded my car back. From 3:25 to 3:35 the battery and the post were installed. At 3:45 paid and left (for good!) I'll get my 35,000 mile check up and service some where else. More
