Dealer does not have transmission technician. have to go to to another dealer 35 miles away . Work on hood and wipers was not done. I have dash cam proof. Advantage did a great job with repair, was not happy with having to repair sun roof for 2nd time in 3 years for same issue! plus having to pay as much money as i did for the repair. In the past...I would make an appointment for The Works...inform the advisor that I was waiting...and 3 hrs later my car was ready and No Car Wash.
