Dylan in the service department is one xxxx of an employee. Whenever I have called and needed ANY help with my vehicle he is very helpful. This young man has been 💯 at taking care of my problems and employee. Whenever I have called and needed ANY help with my vehicle he is very helpful. When I first bought my vehicle there less than a year ago one of the services managers tried to rob me of a thousand dollars. I will never forget. The ONLY good thing here is Dylan in service. He is the ONLY reason I even go back to this dealership. I cannot recommend because of the turnover and the person ( who was caught ) that called me secretly and ask me to bring an extra 1000 and NOT TELL ANYONE... that it would be between him and I... like I’m some idiot... I’m sure he robbed several elderly folks. I hope Dylan becomes something higher or gets the xxxx out of there... he is too good to work at a corrupt dealership. More

Overall very good service, direct and to the point, friendly staff from the service rep to the cashier. So after getting my car serviced, when I went to the cashier she went on to tell me, "that will be seventy one dollars and some change. I feel like a $250 fee for diagnostics is to much money if your company performs the work after the diagnostics is performed. you have to find the problem to be able to fix it. and at $129 hour for labor I if your company performs the work after the diagnostics is performed. you have to find the problem to be able to fix it. and at $129 hour for labor I would think that the diagnostics would be part of the job. I work on million dollar Helicopter's, we have to trouble shoot problems before we can fix them. Same thing, just different equipment. you cant fix it until you know what's wrong with it. So how can you charge for trouble shooting? More
