I appreciated the flexibility of getting most of the information over the phone and email since I live ~4 hours away from this dealer. I initially worked with Jason over phone/email, who was also fantastic--his team allowed me to put a down payment on the truck over the phone to ensure it would be held so I could coordinate travel time to the destination, which was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving, I worked with Juan, who was great, easy going, and friendly. The only issue I encountered was that ahead of traveling there, I was told over the phone that the financing process would be easy and with better rates than if I had worked through my own bank. This was my only downside in the buying experience. Part of this was my own fault for not doing my own research with my bank ahead of my travel and purchase, so I could get a loan at a duration and rate I was comfortable with. In hindsight, I should have just gotten approved for a loan through my own bank ahead of traveling to the dealership and attempting to get a loan through their banking options. Juan, Ken, and John were super easy going and understood our situation. I appreciated their extra support to help make our purchase happen despite a lot of back and forth with bank/financial info. This flexibility was HUGE. This saved us an additional 8 hours of round trip travel, which could have been a nightmare! Juan is also super personable and easy to chat with. There was no pushiness which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend working with him to anyone! Thank you, Juan, Ken, John, and Jason! More
