Positive exciting and friendly I gave an overall rating of a 4 because I was in contact with Cliff about coming to see the car (I traveled 1.5 hours) and he told me I had a VIP appo I gave an overall rating of a 4 because I was in contact with Cliff about coming to see the car (I traveled 1.5 hours) and he told me I had a VIP appointment on Sat. I drove all the way there and it was at a different lot, so I had to take Zach in my car to the used lot (Zach doesn't have a license) got to the used lot and my car was in the garage torn apart for brakes and tires! I couldn't even drive it. So much for that VIP appointment. I would've never driven that day had I known it was apart. Besides that, Zach was great. More
