Ertle and Zach were able to locate the model and color that I wanted when it was not available on the lot. My overall experience was educational and I felt at home talking with the folks at Ertle. They set me up with the car that I wanted without feeling rushed or out of place. Everything went smoothly and the whole staff had a nice welcoming attitude. Definitely a great car dealership for the community. More

I love my car. I wish I was informed of the extra cost of warranty before agreeing on the final price. was not told that I would be charged for checking a problem I was surprised at the cost when checking out.
