Used car service Airbag light flashing on the 2011 Missan Rouge I purchase a little k as than a year ago. They couldn’t figure out the problem. They send me to Nissan dealership to get a diagnostic test done. Nissan said I needed an airbag module replaced. Waited two hours at Nissan for James at Ertle Subaru to call back Nissan to see if Ertle Subaru would pay for the repair. The nice service rep. at Nissan felt bad having sit fir two hours and had not heard back from Ertle Subaru. So he tells to leave and he will text once he fears back from Ertle Subaru. Mind you that I’ve been sitting at Nissan since 8am it is now 10:30 am. So I left for work then. At 1:30 pm I get a text from Nissan telling me that Ertle Subaru declined the repair. I called James at Subaru and tells me “ yeah I spoke with Lujevoyr used car sales manager and said that you had the car for almost a year, and if you want to speak with him he can maybe sell you another used vehicle.” so at this point I said wow!!! And I hung up. When I bought the used Nissan Rouge from ErtlecSubatu they were telling me how great of a used vehicle I was buying! This was my first and last time I do business with them. My neighbors warned me about doing business with Ertle Subaru. But I decided to give them a shot instead of listening to my neighbors. And they screwed me! Good job to the used car sales manager for saving Mr. Ertle $1,600.00 or so ( what the repair would’ve have cost) and losing a first time customer. I would not trust them on selling me another used vehicle. And their claim that 150 point inspection is performed on their used vehicles is xxxxxxxxx. Cause when I went to get the Nissan Rouge inspected several months after purchase it failed inspection cause the tires they had on the car had numerous small crack on the walls of the tires and needed back breaks. Mind you that I only had put three thousand miles on the vehicle. After arguing with them they did replace the tires and back breaks. I guess they can ignore some things while performing their so called 150 point inspection. Good job Luke on screwing customers. I’m sure Mr. Jim Ertle might be proud if you. And to think that your company opens up another used car dealership in Bartonsville so lire customers can get screwed. I should’ve stuck with Ray Price. For 13 years I’ve purchased vehicles from them and always took care of me. Ray price I’m coming back to you! More

Quality & Confidence = The Ertle Subaru Experience I have been a customer of Ertle Subaru for a number of years (double digits). I brought my previous (first) Subaru there for service and bought my cur I have been a customer of Ertle Subaru for a number of years (double digits). I brought my previous (first) Subaru there for service and bought my current Subaru from Ertle 7 years ago with the able assistance of Tom Nottle, sales associate extraordinaire who couldn't have been more helpful. I continue to bring my vehicle to Ertle as needed and/or recommended. Kathy Aimer was my service advisor for quite some time and besides being so pleasant to deal with, I have never met another woman who knows so much about cars! My present advisor is Bill Finamore who is also extremely knowledgeable and we have developed a good relationship too. The most outstanding quality of everyone I have dealt with at Ertle is something that goes beyond mere knowledge, politeness or courtesy: I am an older female and no one has ever talked down to me. If I ask a question I am listened to and answered readily and thoroughly. The bottom line is I trust Ertle's staff to help me take good care of my vehicle. I drive almost an hour to the dealership but that's nothing because Ertle makes me feel that my car is being serviced in a quality manner and you can't put a price on confidence. I would never even consider putting my Subaru in anyone else's hands. More

They had my papers that were in my glove compartment thrown on the passenger side floor, broke an ornament I had on my dashboard, pushed the driver seat so far back that it threw my baby's carseat out of wack which I had to fix since I had my baby with me, left grease marks on my front windshield and while the car was getting fixed for the recall something else broke and I am STILL waiting for that part to get repaired. It is safe to say from now on I will just drive all the way down to Bethlehem if my car has a recall again. More
