I was about to sign the dotted line on a Honda CRV until a buddy told me to look at the forester first so I did. I bought the forester and it’s by the far a better vehicle when compared to the CRV. Good job all aorund This was my first service at Ertle; I'll be back. I brought the car in for the usual oil change but also to have a "physical" after a serious car acc This was my first service at Ertle; I'll be back. I brought the car in for the usual oil change but also to have a "physical" after a serious car accident. Although the Body Shop did a great job on the car's appearance, I wanted to be sure that it was mechanically perfect. I had noticed that that the engine sounded loud. Ertle confirmed my concern and discovered a problem. They sent me back to the Body Shop who concurred. So well done and new parts are ordered. My Ertle experience has been positive from purchase to now. I bought the car through Zack, did the warranty work with Nick, and worked with another Nick in an incredibly helpful appointment about how to work the many bells and whistles of my new car. After the accident, Kyle advised me on going forward. To a man, these guys knew their cars and their business. More

The service professional took my car in at the appointed time and within 30 minutes, the staff had it ready to go. Previously, I had an issue with the new car and they dealership provided me with a car with less than 25 miles to drive and not only serviced the issue but replaced parts! I will always, always purchase my new vehicles from Ertle . . . this is my fifth Subaru!!! More
