Recall replacement of passenger side airbag Ertle had to keep my car overnight but I was given a loaner car which was great. It would have been good to have my car back on the same day. Car service I have not received good service at your center. I heard my rep ask customers if they wished to have their cars washed but when it was my turn I didn' I have not received good service at your center. I heard my rep ask customers if they wished to have their cars washed but when it was my turn I didn't get that request When I spoke up my car was hurriedly wetted and not vacuumed I spoke to my rep james Angley and his response was since I waited so long he omitted the wash and vac. This isn't the first time and I'm not returning there I don't want to be loved just treated fairly There was a very friendly greeter I met outside when i arrived and my hopes were elated but I left disappointed from my reps action Mr Finamore was polite to me when I asked him to page my rep More
