Service center review The service center is very nice & comfortable. There is coffee, tea, hot chelate & snacks. We were there for about 2 hours for oil change & tire rotat The service center is very nice & comfortable. There is coffee, tea, hot chelate & snacks. We were there for about 2 hours for oil change & tire rotation. The only complaint I had is that we were sent two coupons, & only one was accepted. One was for the oil change & the other for the tire rotation. We needed to do them at the same time, since we live about 45 minutes away. More

Easy process, good deal We saw the car we ended up buying on the Ertle website. We went over, took a test drive, and the car was everything we needed at a reasonable price. Recall mess I brought my car in for a recall. When I made the appointment they told me they didn't want me sitting around for 4 hours so they had a loaner for me I brought my car in for a recall. When I made the appointment they told me they didn't want me sitting around for 4 hours so they had a loaner for me. When I got to my appointment I was told they weren't told about the loaner, and that I would have to wait or reschedule. When I complained to the service manager he was able to get me a car from Enterprise. When we picked up the car my heat/defrost/ac and 4 way flashers weren't working. So I had to bring it back again so they could plug in what they forgot to plug in. This took 3 days from first visit to last visit. Very inconvient! More
