Worst Customer Service I’ve been going here for a couple years, but my past couple visits have been frustrating. I got an oil change there before and all the oil leaked out I’ve been going here for a couple years, but my past couple visits have been frustrating. I got an oil change there before and all the oil leaked out all over my engine bay. EVERYTIME I enter the service center, they look at me, then don’t say a word. So I’m there standing awkwardly until someone finally helps me. Kathy, the one we go to pay after a service is and has always been so rude to me. Last time I was there, I called for an oil change appointment. I even asked how long it would take, the guy say usually 1 hr, but could be 2. So I said okay, ill just leave my car so I’m not waiting 1-2hrs for it. 2 hours passed, texted the other Kathy since I got an automated text saying I can reach her there, but got no response. Called the number in that text, spoke to someone else and she said Kathy will give me a call. 3 hours has passed since my car was in there and I spoke to Kathy and she said “you decided to leave your car which means it will be done by the end of the day”. Which was NOT what my appt was. Finally it’s a little past 5pm, and STILL no call that my car is done. So I had my mother drop me off there at 5:08pm only to see my car done. I go in to pay and as usual, Kathy was there and rude to me. I gave her the coupon and she asked if I told the other Kathy. And I said I told the person I made an appt with over the phone. She rolled her eyes at me and tells me Kathy left. And told me in a tone, “it’s 5 o clock! They leave at 5!” So I told her, I wouldn’t be here past 5pm if my car was done on time and I was notified that it was DONE. All in all, even if I’ve had bad previous experiences here, I kept going back thinking maybe they’re just having a bad day. But no. They pick and choose who they’re nice to. I may look very young and easily treated like a child, but regardless how ANYONE looks or what age, you should always treat everyone EQUALLY. The only person that is good in service is James. You guys should hire more people like him. You lost my services and my families who runs on Subarus. I will go to a new dealership now that will treat is respectfully. Please take me out of any emails from Ertle Subaru. More
