First service of the new car! Just completed the 3000 mile checkup of my new Impreza. The service professional took my car in at the appointed time and within 30 minutes, the staff had it ready to go. Previously, I had an issue with the new car and they dealership provided me with a car with less than 25 miles to drive and not only serviced the issue but replaced parts! I will always, always purchase my new vehicles from Ertle . . . this is my fifth Subaru!!! More

Recall replacement of passenger side airbag Ertle had to keep my car overnight but I was given a loaner car which was great. It would have been good to have my car back on the same day. Car service I have not received good service at your center. I heard my rep ask customers if they wished to have their cars washed but when it was my turn I didn' I have not received good service at your center. I heard my rep ask customers if they wished to have their cars washed but when it was my turn I didn't get that request When I spoke up my car was hurriedly wetted and not vacuumed I spoke to my rep james Angley and his response was since I waited so long he omitted the wash and vac. This isn't the first time and I'm not returning there I don't want to be loved just treated fairly There was a very friendly greeter I met outside when i arrived and my hopes were elated but I left disappointed from my reps action Mr Finamore was polite to me when I asked him to page my rep More
