Had to wait longer than expected I dropped my car off at 8am for a 930 appointment. When I called at 12:30 to see if it was done so I could come and pick it up, I was told no it was n I dropped my car off at 8am for a 930 appointment. When I called at 12:30 to see if it was done so I could come and pick it up, I was told no it was not ready and they thought they had the whole day because I asked for a transport to work that morning. I work about 4 blocks away and assumed the car would be ready and I would come and pick it up during my lunch hour. It was not ready and I did receive a call back after 2pm that it was ready. Since my lunch hour was over by 2pm, I arranged to have someone drop me off to pick it up. I feel that since the appointment was scheduled for 9:30 for what I was told would take 90 minutes, I was inconvenienced and did not have a car for my lunch hour. More

Excellent car buying experience We went to look & purchase a specific vehicle we saw on the website, Martin greeted us at the door, was friendly & polite, offered us coffee, made us We went to look & purchase a specific vehicle we saw on the website, Martin greeted us at the door, was friendly & polite, offered us coffee, made us feel welcome. He walked us to the vehicle, explained it was getting some maintenance, but we could test drive it, we loved it..but the bank was unable meet our financing needs. Martin saw our disappointment and wanted us happy, so he presented a newer one that the bank could meet our fiance needs with, we test drove and purchased it...but Martin didn't stop there, he knew we were driving a rental and trying to figure how to return it. He called the rental place and had them pick it up here.. I would recommend Martin and Ertle to anyone buying a vehicle More
