Legacy Alternator Repair I do truly appreciate the use of the Loaner Car but it took too long for the repair, almost a week. Slow Service, no answers I called to schedule a recall and was told I would be put on a list. I called 2 months later with a new recall and to find out where I was on the othe I called to schedule a recall and was told I would be put on a list. I called 2 months later with a new recall and to find out where I was on the other 'list'. After two calls I kept being told they couldn't tell me where I was on the list because it wasn't their department even though I called service??? Finally I physically came in to see what was up on this mystery list and Bill Finamore took the time to find it, it was an actual piece of paper, not in a computer and discovered that I wasn't even on the list. Bill was kind enough to get me an appointment for my two recalls in two weeks. I brought the car in and was given a loaner. It took almost two weeks to get the work done. I do understand it was an involved recall but two weeks? As a 4 time Subaru owner, in the past I used to drive out of my way to avoid using Ertle and now I remember why. Multiple calls let me know just how little my satisfaction means to Subaru. More

Work was done, but slow service Only 3/4 hours of service needed, but took all day. Apparently, that is the protocol when a loaner car is made available.
