Inspection and oil change The work that was performed was fine, however they may have been overbooked and my wife spent several hours waiting to get our car back from an insp The work that was performed was fine, however they may have been overbooked and my wife spent several hours waiting to get our car back from an inspection and oil change . I ended up picking her up and taking her home . Someone did pick her up the next day to get the car . However they forgot to give her the insurance card and registration back, which resulted in another truck to the dealership. I am confident that this is an exception rather than the rule. More

I had heard good things about purchasing from there and I knew when the time came it is where I would buy my next Subaru. I went in knowing I wanted to go with an Impreza as there was a special financing deal that was too good to refuse. They worked with me on my trade which was pretty high mileage and I felt I was given a fair price. No pushy sales tactics and just an all-around pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle from Ertle Subaru. They actually seem to care about their business and their customers. More

Simple job takes too long I came to change the oil They took my car at 7:45 in the morning And around 8:40 I was Starring to get aggravated why take so long and i went around I came to change the oil They took my car at 7:45 in the morning And around 8:40 I was Starring to get aggravated why take so long and i went around to see how they doing it and they just start drain and oil And that got me really aggravated they got my car back at 9:05 So it took them to change the oil 1 hour 20 minutes On a job that should take 10 to 15 minutes Max that was the last time I went over there for anything More
