Complimentary wash was definitely not a wash I asked if it was possible for my car to be washed after it was inspected. I was told “yes”. When my car was done, I was told that I was all set and t I asked if it was possible for my car to be washed after it was inspected. I was told “yes”. When my car was done, I was told that I was all set and they did the complimentary wash. However, when I went to leave, I noticed my car was in fact, NOT washed. The most it looked like they did was rinse it with water. There are still bugs stuck to the front of my car and dirt on the sides and back. I usually wash my car myself, but I figured I would ask for it to be done since I was there. The last time I asked for a wash from Ertle, my car was actually washed. I understand that they were probably really busy this time, but I would rather be told that they’re busy and might not get to it. Honesty is much better than saying something can be done, but then not actually following through with it. The fact that my car wasn’t washed isn’t a huge deal, but it was kind of annoying. (Did not work with the person I selected, just selected him because I had to select someone to proceed with the review). More

I had heard good things about purchasing from there and I knew when the time came it is where I would buy my next Subaru. I went in knowing I wanted to go with an Impreza as there was a special financing deal that was too good to refuse. They worked with me on my trade which was pretty high mileage and I felt I was given a fair price. No pushy sales tactics and just an all-around pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle from Ertle Subaru. They actually seem to care about their business and their customers. More
