Knows the car in and out I'm surprised Norbert isn't selling the cars because he knows the car in and out. This is my second outback and he taught me things I didn't know afte I'm surprised Norbert isn't selling the cars because he knows the car in and out. This is my second outback and he taught me things I didn't know after having my previous outback for 5 years. What he knows could be a game changer when it comes to someone buying the car or not. Highly recommended to go back 2 weeks after owning your car to ask Norbert about things you may not understand or wish your car did better. He will actually show you the car can do what you want. He is polite, friendly and very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He makes sure you leave knowing your car inside and out. A very patient teacher. More

Slow service when waiting for car at dealership4 When. I went for an oil change in May of this year I had a 2PM appt. And they put another car before mine and I had to wait over one and a half hours When. I went for an oil change in May of this year I had a 2PM appt. I have bought numerous cars from them only because they are the closest dealership. I love Subaru cars but not this dealership. More

Terrible experience I purchased a 2019 Ascent and have now had to take it to the dealer 3 times because all of the service lights go on. In July 2019 I brought the car t I purchased a 2019 Ascent and have now had to take it to the dealer 3 times because all of the service lights go on. In July 2019 I brought the car to Ertle Subaru because several service lights came on. The service department at the dealer said it was fixed when we picked up the car. We took our car home. then within a day more lights came on again. We called and brought the car back to service. This time they gave us an ascent to use as a loaner car. They called to tell us the car was fixed on the 11th day so we went and we picked our car up. Within 5 days after we picked up our car even more lights came on again. This time when we brought the car for service they only had a smaller car to loan and they do not know how long it will take to repair. They have no idea what is wrong with the car. We bought this car 9 months ago, there should not be problems with a new car like this. To have the SAME problem 3 times in less than 1 month is unacceptable. I was told that Subaru was a good car and that there were not issues with the cars. I will never recommend a Subaru and I will never recommend purchasing from or having service done by Ertle Subaru. I do not feel that their service department knows how to diagnose vehicles. If they did then I would not have the same problem 3 times in less than 1 month. More

disappointed with my last visit I called the dealership to make a appt. left a message. No call back had to call again could not speak to a service rep left another mess. Call back a 3rd time and spoke to a cashier at the dealership tried to make a appt with a shuttle back and it didnt go well. 4th time finally got a appt for 8 and then received a e-mail saying it got changed to 8:30. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and I think its my last. More
